Trip to Chile

Sacrifice

Get over yourself!!

I had a hard time preaching this sermon. As you will probably nottice, I'm not good with confrontation. However, I still believe this Scripture (Philippians 2) is telling us to get over ourselves...

Inadequacy

God is good... I would have never imagined in a million years that I would be teaching a leadership conference. It's a little intimidating but a huge privilege.

Crazy Love Book

The best book I've read this year.

In one phrase... "you get it, or you don't."

Main take away: There is no such thing as a luke warm Christian.

Old Car Issues

It's so easy to freak out by the little things in life. I wish I would react like I did in this occasion every time I had something stressful happen.

Sermon about money.

It just amazes me that God gave me, a missionary from Chile (third world country), the opportunity to preach on money to one of the wealthiest communities in the world.

The worst day of my life.

This just goes to show that it is dangerous to think you have everything under control. God made that clear for me on this ocassion...
